How it works

  • Whether you know exactly what you want or you are looking for inspiration - the first step is to send me an enquiry with the outline of your event. Please include the following:

    1. Location of your event

    2. Number of guests

    3. Price per head budget

    4. Dietary requirements

    5. Any particular flavours, hero ingredients, cuisines or themes you would like to explore

    If you also require assistance with wine pairings, please let me know.

  • This is where I get to work. After receiving your enquiry I will put together several options for your menu with your requirements in mind and send you a quote.

  • Now all that’s left for you to do is decide on the dishes you would like me to cook for you and your guests. Once confirmed, I will ask for a deposit and any further details regarding the kitchen set up.

    Then all that’s left for you to do is sit back and let me take care of the rest.
